Hi Louise, I thought I’d give you a little update, am really thankful I came to your workshop 💖
So...........just over half way through the second week of new juicing regime, I’ve stuck to ginger shot first thing in the morning, a power green juice when I get to work and the alternating between “the veggie one” and “berries and cream” for lunch then a meal for dinner. I feel fab !!! Significantly less bloated and more energised, loving feeling the benefits of fresh fruit and veg without the constant fear of being in excruciating pain and ending up back in hospital, probably more info than you’d like but for the last three days my guts have been working normally without the aid of medication, I think I may have also shed a couple of pounds. Louise has made such a difference to my health, particularly my blood pressure which has come down to a normal level since she started training me. Louise is very professional and through consultation she creates a training programme specially for you, the programme changes every month which adds variety and also works on different areas of your physique. Louise also makes the session fun, it doesn't matter how over weight you are or that you just need a bit of tone. Louise can make a real difference to how you look and feel, I would I highly recommend her…
Louise is a fun, yet professional PT. She takes the time to explain each exercise and ensures that I'm doing them in the best way possible to target each muscle group as well as keep my body safe from any injury. I have been working with Louise for a few months now, and she always arrives to my home on time, exuding an abundance of energy, with her pre-prepared workout routine. If you are looking to get in shape, I highly recommend Louise.
Louise's 8 week Juicing/Nutrition course is the full all round package, long enough to change old habits and encourage new ones for a forever lifestyle change. The one to one support not only at our weekly sessions but daily WhatsApp messages were key to a successful outcome. I lost almost a stone in weight which I'm delighted about as I feel it's sustainable with new skills learned especially as I achieved my goal without ever feeling deprived or hungry. Different weekly themes were interesting and varied with lots of info and handouts. The daily food diaries and accompanying notes sheets which were analysed each week were an important tool in identifying weaknesses and triggers where food choices were concerned. Louise is bubbly, upbeat and positive, just firm enough to be encouraging but never bossy. I always looked forward to our weekly sessions :)…
I have trained with Louise for some 13 years. My weight was up to 15 stones and I was only just fit through playing 5 a-side football. I am now quite fit weighing at just over 12 stones thanks to her training regime over this period and most recently her Nutritional program.
I started training with Louise for a rehab program while still on crutches after rupturing my achilles tendon. She gave me a continually varied program which kept the motivation up while maintaining fitness in the rest of my body, and then started work on rebuilding the leg muscles. I think I'm fitter than ever before. Just be wary when she says 'relax' - she doesn't really mean it...
