LC Fitness classes
Fitness classes are fun, hard work, and a very social environment to be in. It’s a great way to not only increase your fitness levels, but make new friends too.
I have been running classes since 2002, and have a large following. My style of teaching is ‘functional’ and core focused with attention to post flexibility.
